Sauce

- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter: Melt the butter in a deep pan with a lid over medium heat until fully melted and warm.
- Sauté garlic and chili: Add the thinly sliced garlic and finely chopped red chili to the melted butter and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant, stirring gently to avoid burning.

- Cook mussels: Add the cleaned mussels to the simmering liquid, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes or until all the mussels have opened. Discard any mussels that do not open.
