Description

The Sugar Cookie Martini is a delightful and creamy cocktail reminiscent of sweet sugar cookies, featuring vanilla vodka, Irish cream, amaretto, and a frosted, sprinkle-rimmed glass for a festive touch.

Ingredients

Scale

Glass Rim

  • Vanilla frosting, enough for rimming the glass
  • Sprinkles, for rimming the glass

Cocktail

  • 1 ½ ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 ½ ounces Irish cream
  • 2 ounces whole milk
  • 1 ounce amaretto
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: Spread vanilla frosting evenly along the rim of a martini glass. Pour sprinkles into a shallow dish, then dip the frosting-coated rim into the sprinkles to coat. Set the prepared glass aside.
  2. Mix the Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 ½ ounces of vanilla vodka, 1 ½ ounces Irish cream, 2 ounces whole milk, 1 ounce amaretto, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar, and ice to fill the shaker halfway. Secure the lid tightly.
  3. Shake and Chill: Shake the cocktail vigorously for at least 15 seconds to blend the ingredients and chill the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass. Serve immediately to enjoy the creamy, sweet flavors.

Notes

  • If you prefer not to rim the martini glass with frosting and sprinkles, you can add an extra teaspoon of powdered sugar directly into the cocktail shaker to enhance sweetness.
  • Use chilled milk for an extra cold cocktail without diluting it with more ice.
  • Adjust the amount of powdered sugar to suit your taste preference.
  • To make it dairy-free, substitute whole milk with almond or oat milk, although it will slightly alter the flavor.
