- ¾ cup sugar

Instructions
- Prepare Strawberries: Wash the strawberries thoroughly and hull them by removing the green leafy tops and stems.
- Prepare Mint: Separate the mint leaves from the stems, using only the leaves for the sorbet.
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the hulled strawberries, mint leaves, sugar, and water in a blender. Puree the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Freeze Sorbet: Pour the puree into an ice cream or sorbet maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the sorbet is firm and ready to serve.
- Serve or Store: Serve the sorbet immediately for best texture, or store it in the freezer in an airtight container for up to one month. Allow it to soften at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving after storage.

- Use organic strawberries if possible for better flavor and sweetness.
- Wash strawberries by soaking them in cold water before and after hulling to remove dirt and debris.
