Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare Strawberries: Wash the strawberries thoroughly and hull them by removing the green leafy tops and stems.
  2. Prepare Mint: Separate the mint leaves from the stems, using only the leaves for the sorbet.
  3. Blend Ingredients: Combine the hulled strawberries, mint leaves, sugar, and water in a blender. Puree the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  4. Freeze Sorbet: Pour the puree into an ice cream or sorbet maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the sorbet is firm and ready to serve.
  5. Serve or Store: Serve the sorbet immediately for best texture, or store it in the freezer in an airtight container for up to one month. Allow it to soften at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving after storage.
