- 5 apple slices (about 2.5 oz/76g)

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice and freeze the banana and strawberries about 2 hours ahead of time if they are not already frozen. Slice the apple fresh.
- Add Ingredients to Blender: Pour the almond milk into the bottom of your blender. Add the nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, and apple slices on top.
- Blend Smooth: Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, ensuring all the fruits and yogurt are fully incorporated.
- Serve and Store: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
Notes
- Use any nondairy milk, nonfat milk, water, or apple juice as a substitute for almond milk.
- You can substitute the vanilla Greek yogurt for plain yogurt, any fat content, any flavor, or even regular yogurt.
- Fuji or Gala apples are preferred, but any apple variety you enjoy can be used.
- For a sweeter smoothie, add honey, agave, or a stevia-based sweetener to taste.
- To increase protein content, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder before blending.
- Freezing the fruits enhances the smoothie texture and chill.
