- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 pounds quartered Yukon gold potatoes

- 1 (12-ounce) bottle parmesan garlic sauce
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Add Potatoes: Place 2 pounds of quartered Yukon gold potatoes into the bottom of the slow cooker, creating a base layer for the chicken.
- Prepare and Add Chicken: Cut 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning over the chicken and add it on top of the potatoes.
- Add Sauces and Cheese: Pour 1 (12-ounce) bottle of parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken and potatoes, then add ½ cup chicken broth followed by 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir everything gently to combine the sauce and seasonings evenly throughout the slow cooker contents.
- Cook: Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 5 hours to allow flavors to meld and chicken to become tender. Alternatively, cook on HIGH for 4 hours if short on time.
- Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm for a hearty meal.
