Description

A creamy and tangy Lemon Pie Milkshake combining vanilla ice cream, instant lemon pudding mix, and crushed Golden Oreos, topped with whipped cream and served in a vanilla buttercream-frosted glass for an indulgent dessert drink.

Milkshake

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3 tablespoons instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 Golden Oreos

  • Vanilla buttercream (for frosting the glass)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glass: Frost the outside of your serving glass with vanilla buttercream. Crush 2 Golden Oreo cookies finely and roll the frosted glass in the crushed cookies to coat the exterior evenly.
  2. Blend the Milkshake: Place the vanilla ice cream, instant lemon pudding mix, and milk into a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy without any lumps.
  3. Serve: Pour the blended milkshake into the prepared glass. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and garnish with the remaining whole Golden Oreo cookie on top.

Notes

  • Add a bit of lemon extract to the milkshake for an extra burst of lemon flavor.
  • If instant lemon pudding mix is unavailable, substitute with vanilla pudding mix plus a few drops of lemon extract.
