- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup vanilla whey protein powder
- ½ Tbsp maple syrup, optional
- 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and vanilla: In a small bowl, combine the non-fat plain Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add protein powder: Stir in the vanilla whey protein powder vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Sweeten if needed: Taste your protein dunkaroo dip, and if it’s not sweet enough, stir in the maple syrup to your preference.
- Fold in sprinkles: Gently stir in the rainbow sprinkles to distribute them evenly throughout the dip.
- Serve with extra sprinkles: Top with additional sprinkles if desired and serve immediately for a fun, delicious snack.

- Any flavor of protein powder will work, but vanilla or cake batter flavors give a classic dunkaroo taste.
- Maple syrup is optional and can be left out to limit added sugars if your protein powder is already sweetened.
