Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Sheets: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
  2. Make Cookie Dough: In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and canola oil. Mix well until a soft, sticky dough forms.
  3. Form and Bake Cookies: Use a medium cookie scoop to drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  4. Cool Cookies: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
