Instructions
- Blend ingredients: Add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, chocolate sauce, and ice into the canister of a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Decorate glass: Drizzle additional chocolate sauce on the inside walls of your serving glass to create an attractive design.
- Serve with garnish: Pour the blended mixture into the decorated glass, then garnish with a piece of pineapple and a cherry for a tropical finish.
Notes
- CocoReal coconut cream is usually found in the mixer aisle of grocery stores.
- Chill the chocolate sauce slightly before decorating the glass to help it drizzle smoothly.
