- Freeze the bananas: Place the baking sheet with bananas in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the bananas are completely frozen and firm to the touch.
- Dip the bananas: Pour the vanilla yogurt into a tall glass. Dip each frozen banana piece into the yogurt, covering it completely. Return each yogurt-coated banana to the baking sheet.
- Add chocolate chip faces: Press 3 mini chocolate chips onto the yogurt coating of each banana to form eyes and a mouth, creating ghost faces.
- Final freezing: Place the decorated bananas back into the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the yogurt coating to set firmly.
- Serve or store: Enjoy the frozen ghost bananas immediately as a refreshing treat, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
